You have the right to clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We explain costs, allowances, and options so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

3. The Right to Respect for Your Home

You have the right to a clean, safe, and protected home. Our crews treat your property as if it were their own, using proper protection, cleanup, and care at all times.

5. The Right to Clear Communication

You have the right to timely updates and responsive communication. Questions are answered promptly, changes are discussed before work proceeds, and decisions are documented clearly.

7. The Right to Control Changes

You have the right to approve all changes in writing before they occur. No extra work, costs, or substitutions happen without your knowledge and consent.
